Electronic invoicing to tax authorities, with a scheduled status poll and a per-invoice opt-out; permission sets rebuilt so Platform-licensed users can be assigned them; corrected withholding-tax seed packs for 17 countries; and posting no longer fails when a custom dimension field is a formula. Two steps an upgrade does NOT perform for you: add the new Ready to Send value to the E-Invoice Trail Status picklist, and place the new fields on any page layout you have customised. Electronic invoicing cannot run until the picklist value exists.
